Daniel Mogil is a seasoned Investor Relations professional with over seven years of experience supporting both exempt issuers and publicly traded companies. He brings a strong foundation in financial reporting, fund operations, and client servicing.
Daniel has supported investor relations efforts for structured mortgage offerings, including syndicated commercial land loans, construction refinancing, business lending, and fixed-income funds. He has also served as the primary IR lead for TSXV- and CSE-listed issuers, managing investor engagement, public disclosures, and ongoing shareholder communications.Most recently, Daniel served as Investor Relations Manager for a private commercial mortgage fund.
