Jessica Eruchalu

Jessica is a corporate lawyer with experience supporting regulated entities across financial and technology sectors, including banking, crypto, FinTech, and venture finance. She has advised on legal risk, compliance strategy, and business enablement—partnering with executive teams to navigate regulatory frameworks and drive growth. Her background includes roles at Stikeman Elliott LLP, one of Canada’s leading law firms; TD Bank, a Big Five Canadian bank; and boutique firm experience focused on emerging technologies.

Jessica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Toronto (St. George) and a Juris Doctorate from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. She has been recognized for both legal and business excellence by McKinsey & Company, Blakes, Cassels & Graydon LLP, TD Bank, and the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals.
