Jack Hunter

With more than a decade in Toronto real estate, Jack works across the three areas where most real estate wealth is built: buying the property, financing it, and investing in it privately. He began his career in 2016, joined RE/MAX Hallmark Realty in 2019 and earned his broker designation in 2020. He now leads the Hunter Group, where he has received multiple RE/MAX Platinum Awards. He is also a licensed mortgage agent with Real Mortgage Associates.

At Parvis, Jack works with both sides of the private real estate market. For investors, he provides access to private real estate funds and alternative investment opportunities. He evaluates each offering the way a lender or owner would: where the investor sits in the capital stack, what security backs the investment, and how it fits alongside a client's real estate holdings and broader portfolio. For developers, sponsors and fund managers, he helps identify and introduce projects looking to raise capital through the Parvis platform. His background in transactions and financing lets him understand a deal from the issuer's perspective as well as the investor's.
