Kathy is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, tax, and financial reporting. She spent over eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising clients in the technology and retail sectors on a broad range of complex domestic and international tax and accounting matters. Her experience also includes working directly with founder-shareholders to facilitate the tax-efficient sale of company shares, providing valuable insight into the financial and tax considerations involved in business transactions.
