Parvis has a competitive fee structure that is also very transparent. We indicate a clear net of fee return for both debt and equity. Investments are subject to the various fees depending on the structure of the deal. This can include: 1) a commitment fee (usually 1.0%); 2) an annual asset management fee (usually 1.5% on investor equity value) 3) a performance fee (usually 1.5% depending on performance of investment). The total fees on debt and equity should be between 2-6%. Fees are deducted from investment or distributable cash flow.
