Phase 1 servicing is complete, with vertical construction scheduled to begin in Q4 2025. The partnership is raising up to $20 million to reduce existing debt, fund subsequent phases, and support construction and working capital requirements. Distributions are expected to begin once sufficient project cash flows are available.

Napanee is located between Kingston and Belleville, offering access to major urban centers while maintaining affordability and livability. The town has experienced more than 8 percent population growth since 2021, supported by new employment projects such as Goodyear’s expansion and Atura Power’s energy storage facility.
