The Trust owns and operates a portfolio of approximately 21 industrial buildings across Western Canada, totaling ~750,000 square feet. These assets are located in established industrial corridors supporting manufacturing, logistics, and distribution activity.
The investment strategy focuses on acquiring income-generating properties and improving performance through active management. This includes optimizing lease terms, upgrading assets, and selectively acquiring new properties to grow the portfolio and increase net asset value over time.
