Johanna Gonzalez

Johanna has a 15 year track record working with private and publicly traded companies of all sizes and across a wide range of industries, including technology, media, telecommunications, healthcare and financial services amongst others. Assisting companies with corporate communications, investor relations and strategic advisory, she has developed an extensive network throughout the US and Canadian capital markets. Johanna has provided strategic oversight and support to senior leadership teams regarding their IR programs, investor targeting and outreach and management of both the buy side and sell side. She has experience with companies that are both private, public and in the process of going public, including an in-depth knowledge of the unique challenges facing micro cap and growth companies.

Prior to Parvis, Johanna held various positions at Bristol Capital, Digicel Group, was a consultant in the Caribbean for HNW individuals and a co-founder at Net A Parcel, a freight forwarding company offering services between the US and South Africa.

Johanna holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School Dublin, a Bachelor of Commerce from UNISA and a Post Graduate Diploma in PR and Communications from Seneca.
